See You At:

Jun 17, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

King-Kennedy Memorial Center, 601 Martin Luther King Dr, Modesto, CA 95351, USA

About the Event

The City of Modesto has started a Cannabis Equity Assessment effort to gather data on people and neighborhoods disproportionately marginalized by prior cannabis criminalization policies. The primary means of collecting this data will be an online survey and a series of Community Orientations.

The City of Modesto invites you to a Community Orientation meeting to discuss potential for a Cannabis Equity Program in the City of Modesto.  We want to hear your inputs and experiences to help design a program proposal.

The meeting will be held at the King-Kennedy Memorial Center, 601 S. Martin Luther King Dr., Modesto, Friday, June 17 from 6 PM to 7 PM.

We encourage you to take a short survey whether or not you plan on attending the meeting.  The survey is at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BWYDQXL

Responses to the survey and information gained from the Community Orientations will help the City of Modesto develop a social equity program designed to remove barriers to entry into the legal cannabis business for people and communities most impacted by previous criminalization of cannabis.
